New in this week we have fabrics from the Makower Dino patchwork fabric range - fun prints featuring dinosaurs and blenders with a dino skin effect, all in bright oranges, greens, blues and reds, great for any budding paleontologists out there! More Moda Fabrics in stock - Puzzle Pieces range

Newly uploaded to the website are nearly 80 fabrics from the Moda Puzzle Pieces patchwork fabric range, a collection of tone on tone prints in all the colours of the rainbow! Called Puzzle Pieces as there is bound to be a shade or pattern that will fit in with any project, the prints include staples such as dots and spots, florals and swirls, as well as some more unusual variagated prints that would make really interesting borders, sashing and bindings as the colours melt into each other across the width of the fabric.

Moda A Morris Tapestry full range now in stock!

Happy new year to all quilters out there! Finally the new stock for the new year has started to arrive, beginning with the full A Morris Tapestry patchwork fabric range by Barbara Brackman for Moda. A collection of classic William Morris prints such as the strawberry thief, bachelor's button, daffodil and larkspur, these fabrics make a stunning addition to any home in gorgeous colours including lilacs, sky blues, indigos and greens.

We also have the range available in a selection of fat quarter packs, stash packs and the A Morris Tapestry jelly roll and layer cake, so there's all sorts of combinations to choose from!

Americana doll and outfit panels now available!

If you're looking for a gift to make for a little girl, these doll panels could be just what the doctor ordered! Representing a young girl, Miranda Dalton, from the American civil war era, the doll panel in the Americana Collection by Miriam Gourley for Benartex has full instructions to make an 18" doll with petticoat, which is guaranteed to be loved if given as a present.

There are also two other panels in the range, to make outfits for every day wear and Sunday best, so whoever is lucky enough to receive this cloth doll can also play dress-up with it - if you buy all three panels together in our doll and dress panel pack there is a 5% discount over buying them separately. All you need in addition to the panels is thread and toy stuffing.

New floral patchwork fabrics in from Clothworks and Makower!

New in to the website this week we have two new floral ranges. Firstly, there are the fresh, cool shades of the Clothworks Savannah patchwork fabric range, with florals and tonals in purples and aqua blues. All the fabrics are available off the bolt or in a stash pack or discounted fat quarter pack, and there is also a free quilt pattern available from Clothworks to make a stunning bargello quilt from the fabrics!

The other new collection in is the Makowers Flowers patchwork fabric range, a set of delicate floral prints in bright, sunny colours - ideal for spring, or just to brighten up a room at any time of the year! Also available as a stash pack or discounted fat quarter pack.

More new fabrics in stock - Companions and Gingham

You'll notice over the next week or two that we have loads of fabrics to be uploaded to the website - as we're currently so busy they will be done slowly, but don't worry, everything will be available in the end!

Uploaded today we have the Clothworks Companions patchwork fabrics, and the Makower Gingham patchwork prints. Designed by Marsha McCloskey for Clothworks, the Companions range is a set of fabrics designed for fabric collectors (read stash builders!) to round out certain parts of their colour palettes - we have four different prints in varying shades of red, which are always hard to come by!

The Makower Gingham patchwork fabric range does exactly what it says on the tin - a selection of the ever popular Gingham print in various colours, suitable for a whole range of projects, from nursery and childrens' quilts to home furnishings!

Civil War Ladies reproduction prints now available!

Brand new in to the website today we have the Civil War Ladies patchwork fabrics, a set of reproduction prints from the 1860s to 1870s, produced by RJR Fabrics in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War.

Featuring popular motifs from the time, such as leaves, five pointed stars, lily of the valley and paisley, these fabrics are ideal for traditional quilts - also available in a gorgeous fat quarter pack or stash pack.
