New floral patchwork fabrics in from Clothworks and Makower!

New in to the website this week we have two new floral ranges. Firstly, there are the fresh, cool shades of the Clothworks Savannah patchwork fabric range, with florals and tonals in purples and aqua blues. All the fabrics are available off the bolt or in a stash pack or discounted fat quarter pack, and there is also a free quilt pattern available from Clothworks to make a stunning bargello quilt from the fabrics!

The other new collection in is the Makowers Flowers patchwork fabric range, a set of delicate floral prints in bright, sunny colours - ideal for spring, or just to brighten up a room at any time of the year! Also available as a stash pack or discounted fat quarter pack.

More new fabrics in stock - Companions and Gingham

You'll notice over the next week or two that we have loads of fabrics to be uploaded to the website - as we're currently so busy they will be done slowly, but don't worry, everything will be available in the end!

Uploaded today we have the Clothworks Companions patchwork fabrics, and the Makower Gingham patchwork prints. Designed by Marsha McCloskey for Clothworks, the Companions range is a set of fabrics designed for fabric collectors (read stash builders!) to round out certain parts of their colour palettes - we have four different prints in varying shades of red, which are always hard to come by!

The Makower Gingham patchwork fabric range does exactly what it says on the tin - a selection of the ever popular Gingham print in various colours, suitable for a whole range of projects, from nursery and childrens' quilts to home furnishings!

Civil War Ladies reproduction prints now available!

Brand new in to the website today we have the Civil War Ladies patchwork fabrics, a set of reproduction prints from the 1860s to 1870s, produced by RJR Fabrics in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War.

Featuring popular motifs from the time, such as leaves, five pointed stars, lily of the valley and paisley, these fabrics are ideal for traditional quilts - also available in a gorgeous fat quarter pack or stash pack.

New black and white and novelty prints in from RJR Fabrics!

Brand new to the website we have fabrics from two ranges by RJR Fabrics. Firstly, the Buzzin In The Garden patchwork fabrics are bound to put a smile on your face, with bright turquoise and green backgrounds and all sorts of bugs buzzing around and bumping into each other, all with very silly expressions on their faces! Ideal for childrens quilts, the 4 fabrics in the range are also available as a discounted fat quarter pack.

The other new range uploaded today is a set of long awaited new black and whites, the Bare Essentials quilt fabrics, again by RJR Fabrics. These prints feature delicate, lacy floral and bird patterns, ideal for bold coloured quilts that still retain a traditional feel. Again, there is a fat quarter pack of all 5 fabrics with a 5% discount over buying them separately.

New Makower novelty fabrics now in stock!

We have been running low on fun novelty prints, so we have replenished this category with a selection of ranges by Makower, all ideal for children's quilts in bright, fun designs and colours! Firstly we have the Farm Corner patchwork fabric range, a selection of prints featuring farmyard animals such as sheep, cows, horses, chickens and more - a perennial favourite with youngsters, you can't go wrong with a farm themed quilt! Also available in the Farm Corner range is a fat quarter pack of all 4 prints, with our usual 5% discount over buying the fabrics separately.

Next up is the Makower Pirates range - pirates have never been more popular with the kids, and these swashbuckling prints featuring skull and crossbones, ships, treasure maps and swordfighting, adventuring pirates are bound to be a hit! Again, we are also offering a discounted fat quarter pack including all 3 prints in the range.

Finally we have the Jolly Jungle quilt fabric range, a selection of prints featuring jungle animals such as lions, elephants, tigers, giraffes, alligators and loads more - these prints will brighten any child's bedroom, as well as being great for 'look and learn' games, learning all the animal names! We are expecting one more print to arrive soon in this range, and as soon as it does we will add a fat quarter pack to the site.

All these fabrics, plus some more novelties due in soon, will be added to our novelty prints stash packs and novelty charm packs, updating them and making them great for I spy quilts and general childrens' projects!

New Makower Essentials and Spraytime fabrics now in!

Today we have added to our brown and cream neutral ranges in a big way, with another expansion of the Makower Spraytime patchwork range, and the addition of a new range, the Makower Essentials patchwork fabrics.

The Makower Spraytime range has been expanded again with the addition of 3 new fabrics, this time in cream, tan and dark brown. Ideal for sashings and backgrounds, the Spraytime range is a stunning set of tone on tone colour wash effect fabrics, always useful for all kinds of quilts!

The Makower Essentials range is a set of prints in neutral creams and whites - these gorgeous little prints add a delicate touch to any project! Prints include flowers, dots, stars and paisley, all in white on white, white on cream and cream on cream tonal colours, and are available as a stash pack or fat quarter pack.

New cloth book panels available!

Brand new in today from Springs Creative we have the Treasure Bears cloth book panel and the Noah's Tale cloth book panel. Each panel has eight large pages plus front and back cover to make up fun little fabric books for little ones just learning to read. Full instructions are included, the only additional supplies you will need are washable wadding and thread - these cloth books make ideal quick and easy presents for children, great with Christmas coming up!
