Moda Morris Garden William Morris prints now in stock!

Exclusively for Moda from the V&A archives, Morris Garden is the latest fabric collection to feature the designs of William Morris. Known for his many floral designs for wallpapers and textiles, it's thought that William Morris first drew inspiration from the garden at Red House, the home he built for his family early in his career. From Golden Lily to Jasmine, the prints selected for Morris Garden come from a twenty year span of Morris' designs.

We have yardage, coordinated fat quarter packs and stash packs in stock, as well as matching extra wide fabrics so you can complete the look with a beautiful backing for your larger quilts!

Brand new from Moda, we have the Best of Morris patchwork fabric range. Barbara Brackman has chosen her favorite prints from Moda’s William Morris patchwork fabric reproductions for her new the collection - Moda has reproduced six Morris lines since 2008, and they’ve picked the best prints from focal stunners to textures in distinctive Morris style. Stock up your Morris quilting stash with favorites such as “Strawberry Thief”, “Pimpernel”, “Jasmine” and “Willow Boughs.” We have fat quarter packs, stash packs, jelly rolls and layer cakes, so a huge range of coordinating fabrics to choose from!

We can never resist a range of fabrics based on the classic designs of William Morris, especially when they are of such good quality as the Dear William patchwork fabric range, designed by Michelle Hill for In The Beginning fabrics. In a selection of blue, green and cream colours, these prints feature the well known motifs of the strawberry thief, birds, flowers and a range of tonals, and all blend beautifully so you can produce a quilt of your own, channeling the genius of William Morris! The second range new to the site today is the Phoebe collection by Another Point of View for Windham Fabrics. In tones of purple with grey highlights, the six fabrics we have in stock can be used to create gorgeous, modern style quilts and bags that still retain a lovely feminine touch. Happy new year to all quilters out there! Finally the new stock for the new year has started to arrive, beginning with the full A Morris Tapestry patchwork fabric range by Barbara Brackman for Moda. A collection of classic William Morris prints such as the strawberry thief, bachelor's button, daffodil and larkspur, these fabrics make a stunning addition to any home in gorgeous colours including lilacs, sky blues, indigos and greens.

We also have the range available in a selection of fat quarter packs, stash packs and the A Morris Tapestry jelly roll and layer cake, so there's all sorts of combinations to choose from!
