Makower Christmas 2022 ranges now in stock!

 Our full range of Christmas collections for 2022 have just arrived, bringing some early festive cheer! 

First up is Merry Christmas - Makower's novelty Christmas collection for 2022, Merry Christmas features classic motifs including Santa, reindeer and snowmen in a traditional colour palette of red, green and cream with golden highlights - perfect to bring a bit of festive cheer to your Christmas creations!

Next up and perfect to blend in with other Christmas collections, or to use on their own for an understated, classy effect, is the new Christmas Essentials collection from Makower.

This range features ditzy designs of snowflakes, dots, scrolls and stars in metallic gold and silver on red, green, charcoal grey and white - useful for all kinds of Christmas projects, or any non festive project that requires a bit of bling!

The final part of our Christmas line up for 2022 are the latest designs in the Makower Christmas panels - with 4 new Advent calendar panels and a fun giant stocking, there's plenty to choose from!

Christmas fabric now available with Hygge and Elegant Christmas!

We have completed our Christmas collections for this year with the addition of Hygge by Lewis & Irene, and Elegant Christmas from Blank Quilting.

Hygge is inspired by trips across Nordic countries - if you haven’t heard of Hygge (pronounced Hoo-Guh) then you will more than likely have felt it before - it’s a delightful Danish and Norwegian word that can only be translated as a sense of cosiness or contentment, and the Hygge fabrics all transmit this feeling with their Christmassy colours and prints! There are also two Advent calendar panels and a stocking panel available, as well as a stash pack and discounted fat quarter pack.

Elegant Christmas, by Gina Linn for Blank Quilting, really lives up to its name - beautiful prints including baubles and snowflakes in soft grey and white with metallic silver highlights make up the collection, creating a classy look for a grown up Christmas! Again, we have a fat quarter pack or stash pack of the range.

Christmas always arrives early in the quilting world! The first of our Christmas ranges is now in stock with Makower's Silent Night range - classic motifs and rich green, red and cream colours decorated with metallic gold highlights make these fabrics perfect for all your Christmas projects.

Also available in a fat quarter pack or stash pack, these fabrics are ideal for table runners, tree skirts and all kinds of Christmas decorations - the small scale of lots of the prints make them ideal for small projects even including Christmas cards!

Our Christmas fabrics have started to arrive for this year (never too early!), with Makower's Traditional Metallic and Scandi ranges - perfect for projects such as tree skirts, table decorations and wallhangings, and coordinating well with the Makower Christmas panels!

With a great selection of Advent calendars, stockings and mini stocking advent bunting in traditional and novelty designs, these panels make up stunning Christmas decorations that can be treasured for years to come!

Christmas fabrics from Stof & Hoffman - Glimmering and Warm Wishes now available!

We have just taken delivery of our final Christmas fabrics for this year, and they are truly beautiful! Warm Wishes is a traditional collection of festive favourites including holly, mistletoe and poinsettias, all in rich reds and deep greens. The metallic golden highlights on each of the designs lift them and will make any decorations made with this range sparkle along with the fairy lights!

Glimmering, new from Stof, is very different but no less stunning! Perfect for tasteful table decorations and wallhangings with its subtle grey, white and silver colour scheme, the Glimmering collection would add sparkle to any home at Christmas!

Christmas has come early to Pelenna Patchworks with the arrival of this year's Christmas fabric ranges!

Fun prints perfect for kids make up the Makower Frosty range, while the bright, modern colours of the Makower Wrap It Up collection are ideal for the grown ups! We also have new prints for 2016 from the Makower Scandi range, stunning Nordic inspired designs that are simple but incredibly effective.

Tying in with all these new ranges are the Makower Advent panels and stocking panels. These make ideal small projects that the kids will love in the run up to Christmas - use the Advent calendar panels or Advent stocking bunting to build up the excitement, then fill up the stocking on Christmas morning!

More new Christmas patchwork fabrics with Metallic Coordinates and Festive from Makower

Fun, fresh and festive - this describes Makower's Festive patchwork fabric range to a tee. In a variety of bright colours including turquoise, orange and pink as well as Christmas staples red and green, this modern collection is great for funky Christmas decorations! The prints include multicoloured reindeer, stars and Christmas trees as well as stripes and blender fabrics, perfect for any Christmas project.

The second new Christmas collection is the Metallic Coordinates patchwork fabric range from Makower, again a re-vamp of a very popular range from last year. Tiny metallic gold motifs including stars, dots and snowflakes are scattered on plain green, red, cream and navy backgrounds - these look great on their own, or are perfect to blend in with other Christmas fabrics (especially good for matching with fabrics left over from other years!).

Christmas has come early to the website, so there are no excuses for not being prepared this year! We have two ranges from Makower, the contemporary Modern Christmas patchwork fabric range and the more traditional Yuletide quilt fabric range.

Also available are 4 different Christmas panels from Makower to make Advent calendars or Christmas stockings - perfect to hang up at Christmas to increase the excitement for little ones! The Advent calendars come with full instructions printed on the panel, and Makower have released this instruction video to make it even simpler.

Finally in the Christmas theme we have two new Moda jelly rolls and layer cakes, the fresh winter themed Aspen Frost by Basic Grey, or the traditional seasonal Wintergreen by 3 Sisters.

Every year Makower release a range of stunning Christmas prints, and this year is no different! Now available to buy on the website are fabrics from the Novelty Christmas and Vintage Christmas ranges - fun, novelty designs including Santa, Rudolph, presents and stars in the Novelty Christmas collection, and more traditional designs such as holly, berries, mistletoe and Christmas trees in the Vintage Christmas range. Each range is also available as a fat quarter pack or a stash pack, great to get a mix of fully co-ordinating fabrics without breaking the bank!

Also available are 5 new Christmas panels from Makower, to make advent calendars in four different designs of an angel, Christmas tree, train and fireplace, and a large Christmas stocking panel. All make gorgeous decorations that will be treasured for years to come, while still being quick and easy to make!

Christmas patchwork fabrics in early this year!

Christmas has come early to Pelenna Patchworks this year - we have two new ranges of Christmas patchwork fabrics uploaded to the website, so you can get started on your Christmas projects in plenty of time! Brand new from Makower, we have fabrics from the Festive range and the Joyful range - the Festive prints are fun, novelty designs including Santa, Christmas puddings and robins, and the Joyful prints are more traditional stars, foliage and stocking designs in rich colours.

We have a discounted fat quarter pack in each range, six fat quarters giving 5% off the price of buying them separately, and we also have a Christmas stash pack of 10 x 10inch squares, great for small decorations etc.!

Christmas prints new in from Makower!

In plenty of time for Christmas, we have just taken delivery of two new ranges of Christmas fabrics from Makower, the Christmas Greetings and the Christmas Eve ranges. The Christmas Greetings patchwork fabric range is a set of grown-up prints that would fit in the most sophisticated of Christmas decorations, but the colours match with those of the Christmas Eve range, a set of more fun, traditional designs featuring Santa, snowmen, holly and more. Also included with the Christmas Eve range are two panels, one to make a large Christmas stocking, and one complete with full instructions to make an advent calendar counting down the days until christmas - with two fat quarter packs, a stash pack and a 5 inch charm pack these Christmas fabrics have everything you need for all your Christmas projects such as tree skirts, table runners and decorations!
